Two Major Building Permits Issued in Centralia

The City of Centralia issued building permits in February for a $520,000 expansion at Centralia Manor at 1910 East McCord and for a $250,000 new building to replace the Community Resource Center's Horizon House that will be built in the 800 block of East McCord.
