0 0

An 18-year-old Salem man was arrested by Salem Police for aggravated assault after allegedly threatening to kill his mother and her boyfriend with the spear he was holding. Police say Kaidon Roddy of Reel Street allegedly committed the act at his mother's home on East Oglesby Street. He was arrested later after returning to his residence. Roddy was taken to the Marion County Jail where he posted $500 bond and was released.*

35-year-old Michael Neff of Lamson Street in Flora posted $150 bond after being arrested by Salem Police for driving on a revoked license.

28-year-old Eric Thompson of South Locust in Centralia remains in custody in lieu of $2,500 bond after being arrested by Sandoval Police for failure to appear on a criminal damage to property charge.

21-year-old Dezmond Abdullah of West McCord in Centralia turned himself in on a Marion County traffic warrant. He was released after posting $500 bond.

*This story has been corrected to say Roddy was arrested at his own home and not his mother's residence. WJBD apologizes for error.
