Kell and Salem Men Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property. Salem Police Make an Arrest for Felony Theft.

Marion County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested two men for possession of stolen property following an investigation Wednesday night into a rural Alma burglary. Anthony Dever of Sassafras Road in Kell and 25-year-old Jamie Charlton of East Main in Salem are both being held in the Marion County Jail for possession of stolen property. Charlton is also being held for possession of a weapon by a felon.

Salem Police arrested 20-year-old Cory Miller of West Warmoth in Salem for felony theft. He is accused of having possession of a tablet computer taken during a November 21st car burglary in the 1100 block of North Pine.

25-year-old Amber Thompson of North Broadway in Salem was arrested for domestic battery to Nicholas Donoho.

Salem Police arrested 22-year-old Dylan Calahan of North Everett in Odin for criminal damage to property. Calahan was arrested after allegedly damaging a vehicle owned by Peggy Johnson of Odin while in the 1500 block of West Main during a disagreement. He was later released from the Marion County Jail after posting $150 bond.

Salem Police arrested 39-year-old Lance Hersey of St. Clair, Missouri on an outstanding Franklin County, Missouri warrant for domestic assault. He was taken to the Marion County Jail pending return to Missouri on the no bond warrant.

49-year-old Ricky Taylor of McLeansboro turned himself in on a Hamilton County felony warrant. He later posted $2,000 bond and was released.
