Rabies Clinics Scheduled In Marion County
First Clinics Are This Weekend in Iuka, Salem, Alma, and Kinmundy

The 32nd annual Marion County Rabies Clinic conducted by Dr. AJ Sprague will be held throughout the County beginning today.

These clinics provide pet owners living in the county an opportunity to comply with the state law requiring the immunization of dogs four months old and older.

Cat owners are urged to have their pets immunized even though it is not required by state law.

One year rabies vaccinations will be $10. Three year rabies vaccinations will be $20. Microchips will be available for $15. All other vaccines will be available at reduced rates. Marion County rabies tags will be available for purchase at each rabies clinics.

Rabies Clinics for 2017 are as follows:

Friday, May 5: Iuka Village Hall, 5-7pm

Saturday May 6: Kinmundy City Park (9-11am), Alma Village Hall (11:30-1pm), Salem Evergreen Christian Church (1:30-3pm).

Tuesday, May 9: Centralia - All Pets Animal Hospital, 5-7pm.

Thursday, May 11: Centralia - All Pets Animal Hospital, 5-7pm.

Thursday, May 18: Wamac City Park, 5-7pm.

Friday, May 19: Walnut Hill Village, 6-7pm.

Saturday, May 20: Junction City Village Hall (9-12p), Sandoval Village Hall (1-3pm).

Tuesday, May 23: Central City Lions Park, 4:30-6pm.

Thursday, May 25: Odin Village Hall, 4:30-6:30p.

Friday, May 26: Kell Village Hall, 5:30-7p

Saturday, May 27: Patoka Village Hall, 10:30-12:30.
