Bond has been set at $100,000 for a 41-year-old Sandoval man who was formally charged in Marion County Court Thursday with residential burglary to his sister's home in rural Odin.

Curtis Hull of Kentucky Street is accused of entering the Ronica Shaffer home on Soper Road on Tuesday. Hull reportedly ran from the home without taking anything after being surprised by Shaffer's son who was home at the time.

Reports indicate Hull gained entry to the home by forcing open a sliding door and had gone through some drawers of the home before being scared off.

Hull already faces charges in connection with three Sandoval business burglaries that date back to 2015.

If released on bond, Hull was ordered to have no contact with Shaffer or her residence. He plans to hire private counsel. A preliminary hearing is set for May 10th.
