2/4/10 @ 6:50:15 am

PHILADELPHIA - Elton Brand compiled 26 points and nine rebounds as the Sixers outlasted the Bulls 106-103 in overtime at the Wachovia Center.  Andre Iguodala added 25 points, eight boards, eight assists and three steals for Philadelphia, which won its second straight after a three-game skid.

Derrick Rose drained a game-high 30 points and handed out nine assists for Chicago, which dropped its second in-a-row on the heels of a five-game winning streak.  Luol Deng contributed 17 points and 11 rebounds, and John Salmons also scored 17 for the Bulls in defeat.  The Bulls wrap up their brief two-game road trip Friday in Atlanta.

UNDATED - Even without Paul Pierce, the Boston Celtics beat the Miami Heat 107-102.  Pierce has a foot injury that will sideline him at least through Friday, though he might be back Sunday against Orlando.  Ray Allen led the Celtics with 23.  Rajon Rondo added 22 points and 14 assists.  Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 30 for the Heat, which are below the .500 mark with the loss.
