UNDATED - Butler, the 11th-ranked team in the AP college rankings, showed off its depth in a 67-54 win over Northwestern as five Butler players scored at least nine points.  Shelvin Mack led the way with 15 and dished out eight assists.  Gordon Hayward added 14 points and 10 boards.

In the other Top-25 game, third-ranked Texas topped Western Carolina 73-41.  Damion James scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
