A 41-year-old Junction man received major injuries and faces multiple tickets following an early morning accident in Clay County.
State Police say Donald Stacey was northbound on Clay County Road 1875 East two miles north of Clay City when he ran off the road, overcorrected, and then ran off the other side of the road. Stacey's car came to rest on its top. He was taken to the Clay County Hospital in Flora for treatment.
Stacey has been ticketed for alleged driving under the influence, illegal transportation of liquor and improper lane usage.
