Sexual Abuse Suspect Jeffrey Easley

A 40-year-old Salem man faces two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse after allegedly committing sex acts with a 14-year-old Salem boy. 

Jeffery Easley of North Dawley remains in custody in Marion County Jail in lieu of 50-thousand dollars bond after being arrested on the outstanding warrant Monday night.   The Marion County State's Attorney's office say both charges allege the sexual activity occurred while the boy was at Easley's home on November seventh.  The incident was later reported to Salem Police who conducted the investigation that led to the arrest.  

Easley was picked up by Sheriff's Deputies at his home.
