The list of cooling centers continues to grow as the heat advisory remains in effect. The Sandoval Fire Department Annex on the north side of the fire station and the Central City Village Hall board room are the latest to be added. St. Mary's/Good Samaritan Hospitals in Centralia and Mt. Vernon, the Salem Township Hospital ER waiting room, and the Odin Community Center are also open during the duration of the heat wave.
