Top 25 College Basketball: Duke Wins Atlantis Crown...Creighton Big Winner in VegasNASSAU, Bahamas (AP) - Fifth-ranked Duke beat No. 2 Louisville 76-71 to win an early-season college basketball blueblood showdown in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament championship in the Bahamas. Mason Plumlee led Duke with 16. Tournament MVP Quinn Cook scored 11 of his 15 points in the final 7:46, including the final eight points for the 6-0 Blue Devils.
Louisville fell to 5-1.

-- Laurence Bowers had 14 points and 11 rebounds and Phil Pressey had 11 points and eight assists, leading No. 13 Missouri to a 68-65 victory over VCU in the third-place game of the Battle 4 Atlantis.
-- The 14th-ranked Creighton Bluejays are this year's Las Vegas Invitational champs. Creighton beat Arizona State 87-73 behind Doug McDermott's 29 points.
-- Freshman Anthony Bennett scored 22 points and No. 18 UNLV beat Iowa State 82-70 in the consolation game of the Global Sports Classic.
-- Chris Crawford and Joe Jackson scored 18 and 15 points, respectively, and 19th-ranked Memphis avoided losing all three games in the Battle 4 Atlantis, beating Northern Iowa 52-47.
-- Willis Hall scored six consecutive points for the College of Charleston to break the final tie and the Cougars held on for a 63-59 upset at 24th-ranked Baylor.
