NASCAR Set For Watkins Glen

BananaStock(WATKINS GLEN, N.Y.) -- The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Watkins Glen International this Sunday afternoon for the running of the CHEEZ-IT 455.

It’s the second road course race of the year. Carl Edwards took home the checkered flag at Sonoma in June.

“I really like road course racing,” said Sprint Cup driver Greg Biffle. “I like the Glen, I like that racetrack, it’s a lot of fun. I’ve had a lot of success there.”

Just five races remain before the green flag drops on the Chase. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson and Brad Keselowski lead the pack with three victories on the season. The trio is followed by Jeff Gordon, Edwards, Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano with two wins. Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, Aric Almirola and Denny Hamlin each have one win.
