Ledecky wins teen queen showdown
8/8/2014 @ 5:58 AMIRVINE, Calif. (AP) - The 17-year-old Katie Ledecky beat 19-year-old Missy Franklin to win the 200-meter freestyle in a showdown of swimming teen queens at the U.S. national championships.
Both Ledecky and Franklin had already made the U.S. team for the Pan Pacific Championships in Australia this month.
