(NEW ORLEANS) -- For the first time ever, the Super Bowl held a joint news conference for the head coaches participating in the game.  Ravens coach John Harbaugh and 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh fielded questions on Friday for the final time before they'll take each other on come Sunday.

John appeared in a suit a and tie and Jim was in his coaching gear with a 49ers hat, but both said if given the opportunity, they'd hire each other if the situation was right.

"We've had that conversation in the past, but it's just never worked out timing wise," said John.  "I'd love to work for Jim."

"You always try to get great coaches," Jim said.  "There's no better coach in the NFL than this guy sitting right here."

Both credited their mother, Jackie, for always believing in them and taking them to sporting events as kids.

"No one would fight more us than our mom, no matter what the situation was," said Jim.  "Or teach us really how to have each other’s back.  She basically made it very clear that we were to have each other’s back no matter what."

As for the game, neither have thought about a post-game hug or handshake just yet and said no team has a bigger advantage based on their conversations throughout the years.
