Habs complete sweep of LightningUNDATED (AP) - The Montreal Canadiens are the first team to advance to the NHL's conference semifinals after completing a sweep of Tampa Bay. San Jose could become the second.
The Habs blew a 3-1 lead in the third period before Max Pacioretty scored a power-play goal with 43 seconds remaining to give them a 4-3 triumph over the Lightning. Daniel Briere, Lars Eller and Brenden Gallagher also tallied for the Canadiens, who outshot Tampa Bay 37-23.
The Lightning made things interesting when Victor Hedman and Tyler Johnson scored 3:02 apart to knot the score early in the third period.
San Jose is up 3-0 in its first-round series after rallying for a 4-3 overtime win at Los Angeles. Patrick Marleau won it by beating Jonathan Quick at 6:20 of the extra session after Tomas Hertl knotted the score midway through the third period.
Antti Niemi made 28 saves for the Sharks, who can wrap up the series Thursday in L.A.

- Boston has a 2-1 series lead after Tuukka Rask turned back 23 shots in a 3-0 shutout of the Red Wings in Detroit. Patrice Bergeron had a goal and an assist for the Bruins, who took a 2-0 lead on first-period goals by Dougie Hamilton and Jordan Caron.
- Martin St. Louis and Dan Girardi each had a goal and an assist as the New York Rangers beat the Flyers 4-1 in Philadelphia to take a 2-1 series lead. Henrik Lundqvist handled 31 shots and was perfect after Mark Streit scored late in the first period.
