(MINNEAPOLIS) -- The Oklahoma City Thunder (26-7) topped the Minnesota Timberwolves (16-17), 115-111 on Saturday night behind forward Kevin Durant’s season-high 48 points.
The four-time NBA all-star scored 23 points in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead basket with four seconds remaining. Durant went 7 for 11 from the field and drilled four three-pointers in the final period.
The T-Wolves had a chance to take the lead but forward Kevin Love missed three free-throws with two seconds left in the game. He would finish with 30 points and 14 rebounds.
Oklahoma City now has a half-game lead on San Antonio for the top playoff seed in the Western Conference.
