(1) Florida Rolls Past (25) Kentucky, 84-65
(GAINESVILLE, Fla.) -- The Florida Gators became the first team to go 18-0 in the Southeastern Conference after their 84-65 win over No. 25 Kentucky on Saturday.
The Gators have now won 23 games in a row and Patric Young is one of the main players responsible for their streak. Young scored 18 in the blowout win.
Casey Prather scored 15 and Scottie Wilbekin chipped in with 13 in the victory.
Julius Randle scored 16 and had 10 rebounds in the loss for the Wildcats. James Young was the second highest scorer for Kentucky with 14.
Only two SEC schools recorded a 17-1 mark: Kentucky (1970, 1986) and LSU in 1981.
