South Central Ends Winless Season

South Central’s season came to an end last night when the

Lady Cougars fell to Ramsey 49-38 at the Farina Regional. South Central led

17-11 at halftime before Ramsey exploded for 22 points in the third quarter

while holding the host team to just eight points. Ramsey then kept the Lady

Cougars at a distance in the fourth quarter, bouncing South Central from

post-season play and keeping them winless on the season. Macie Cain and Taylor

Keen are the only seniors on South Central’s squad, and Cain led the team with

22 points last night.
