Riley Wins Again, Patoka Competes At Flora InvitationalFLORA - Another meet, another win in the 100 meters for South Central sophomore Chase Riley. The sprinter has had a dream season in just his 2nd year in high school track. With several personal bests already this season including a sub-11 second 100 meters, Riley once again finished ahead of the pack at the Flora Invitational.
Riley won the 100 meters in a time of 11.09, he was 2nd in the 200 meters in a time of 23.1 and also helped his teams in the 4x100 and 4x200 relays to first place finishes.
Sean O'Leary continued his solid work in the high jump winning with a clear of 5'8". O'Leary was also just behind Riley in the 200 meters to finish 3rd.
On the girls side, Taylor Isaak was first in the 300 hurdles in a time of 50.3. Brandi Isaak was 2nd in the 100 hurdles in 17.5 and Ashley Gramlick 2nd in the discus with a toss of 81'1". In the high jump, McKenzie Wadkins cleared 4'6" for a 3rd place finish.
