Kaskaskia Falls in Close Game

The Kaskaskia College Blue Devils held a one-point

halftime advantage Saturday against Lakeland College, but they couldn’t hold

it, losing 68-65 in a conference battle on Saturday in Mattoon. Brandon Johnson

paced the Blue Devils with 20 points while Kevin Swanson tallied 17 for KC. With

the loss, Kaskaskia slips to 1-5 in the GRAC, 7-9 overall. It’s a rare Monday night

game tonight for the Blue Devils, who host Lincoln Trail College at 7:30.
