KC Seeking Teams For Jr High Shoot Out
CENTRALIA - The Kaskaskia College Sports Association is still seeking two junior high boys basketball teams and one girls team to participate in it's Grade School Shoot-Out scheduled for Saturday, October 20.Each team will play one game and entry fee is $45. Each team member receives a t-shirt, team picture and an MVP is chosen from each team.

"Winterfest" will be held on the KC main campus on Saturday, December 1 and is open to all age ranges including all-star and gym teams, elementary and middle schools, high schools and colleges.
According to Stephanie Burgher, KC Cheer Coach, "We are excited to be hosting this event in 2012 and are looking forward to seeing a great event. I encourage all local cheer and dance teams to attend and show us what they have."

1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies will be awarded in each division. Brackets will be set up for men, women and students and by competition level.
Entry fee will be $15 for each competitor receiving a free t-shirt. Deadline to register is October 15.
