Franklin Park Looks To Stay Perfect At Greenville Tournament...SC Falcons Fall To North Clay

GREENVILLE - The Franklin Park Bobcats are off to a great 3-0 start this season.  Coach Brian Lipe's team will head to the Greenville Tournament today where they will play the hosts and St Libory with the first game at 11. 


FARINA - On Friday, North Clay defeated South Central 8-3 at Farina Park. 

The Falcons jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first when Seth Schumate scored Jaron Blomberg. 

The game remained there until the 5th when Louisville scored 7 runs with just 2 hits and 6 walks.  After Louisville made it 8-1 in the 7th, South Central scored 2 runs in their final at bat. 

DJ Roberts hit a single and scored on Joey Reid's double.  Reid then scored on a fielders choice by Jacob Hanks. 

South Central is back in action on Monday against Clay City.
