Washington County Truck Wreck Monday Morning

A 42-year-old Orlando, Florida truck driver skidded off of Interstate 64 a mile east of the Nashville exit Monday morning.  State Police say Emmanuel Chalin went over the guard rail after leaving the pavement and continued down an embankment where the truck jacknifed.  Chalin escaped injury, but a passenger was taken to Washington County Hospital in Nashville complaining of back pain.  Chalin was ticketed for traveling too fast for conditions.  The wreck occurred at 7:49 Monday morning.
