Three Sentenced in Marion County Court

A 26-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three years in prison for failure to register as a sex offender.  William Wehking entered the plea in Marion County Court on Tuesday.   He told court officials he was homeless.

A 32-year-old Grafton, Ohio man has pleaded guilty to a felony theft charge.  Gregory Harman admitted to stealing a 2010 Lincoln from LTD Ford in Centralia last December.  He was placed on three years probation, ordered to serve 100 days in the Marion County Jail, ordered to pay court costs, and have no contact with LTD Ford.

A 26-year-old Centralia man has pleaded guilty to theft and retail theft charges.  Randi Marcum of State Route 161 was placed on two years probation, 30 days in jail, fined $100 and ordered to pay court costs.  Marcum admitted to taking clothing from the Dollar General Store in June 2011 and metal plates from the Norfolk Southern Railroad in July 2011.  As part of the plea, an unrelated charge of criminal damage to property was dropped.
