Three Sentenced To Prison In Marion County CourtThree people are headed to prison after entering guilty pleas in Marion County Court.
23-year-old Keith Royer of East 4th in Centralia was sentenced to three years in prison and one year of mandatory supervised release after pleading guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. As part of the plea, charges of unlawful use of a weapon and resisting a peace officer were dropped. The time will be served concurrently with a one year sentence handed down in Jefferson County for felony theft.
22-year-old Blake Shahan of South Lincoln in Centralia has been sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to one of two felony theft charges pending against him. Shahan admitted taking crystal figurines from Tony Cunningham on April first. In addition to the prison time, Shahan was ordered to serve one year mandatory supervised release and abstain from drugs and alcohol. Restitution will be set later.
A 52-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to one year in prison for felony driving on a revoked license. Demineker Jacobs of Kristy Drive will also have to pay court costs in the case.
