A 22-year-old Kinmundy man has entered a guilty plea to aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.  Justin Armstrong of Jones Road admitted speeding in excess of over 21 miles an hour in attempt to get away from a Kinmundy Police Officer.  He was placed on three years probation and ordered to pay court costs.

22-year-old Jeffrey Tate of Salem Mobile Home Park pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of battery.  He admitted grabbing Shantel January around her neck and shoving her against the wall.  Tate was placed on one year probation and ordered to forfeit his bond as cost.  The charge was reduced from domestic battery.
