Southwestern Illinois Man Charged with Secretly Recording Girl Showering

BELLEVILLE, Ill. (AP) - A southwestern Illinois man has been accused of making a secret video recording of a girl while she was taking a shower.  Prosecutors in St. Clair County charged 36-year-old Ronald Fischer of Shiloh with four felony counts of child pornography, as well as single counts of residential burglary and misdemeanor resistance of a peace officer.  

Shiloh police say that on Saturday officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance at a home. That's where authorities say the girl told police a man had recorded her showering.  Fischer remains jailed in Belleville on $150,000 bond.  Online court records do not show whether he has an attorney. He does not have a listed home telephone number.
