Sheriff's Department Investigates Burglary and Criminal Damage ComplaintThe Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary to a hunting shed on the Vermundy Road in rural Kinmundy. Randy Wooden of Freemont Street in Kinmundy reported numerous items were stolen, including tools, a deer camera, computer and monitor, space heater, extension cords and stereo equipment. He reported entry was made by breaking out a window. Wooden said the burglary occurred sometime since Monday.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a radiator hose cut on a vehicle owned by Bonnie Holland on Texas Lane in rural Odin. Holland reported the criminal damage occurred on Monday night.
