Deputies say a vehicle driven by Kellie Schoreck of High Street ran off Tonti Road west of the railroad tracks near the Edgewood Road intersection and broke off one of the crossing arms.  She was cited for no insurance, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and possession of drug paraphernalia.    

Schoreck told deputies the wreck occurred when she reached down to get her phone and she ran off the road.  She was treated for injuries sustained in the wreck at Salem Township Hospital.
