Sandoval Woman Pleads Guilty To Vendor Fraud

A 37-year-old Sandoval woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a felony charge of vendor fraud.  

Lisa Moore of North Broadway admitted to submitting time sheets for hours she did not work for the Illinois Department of Human Services home services department.  She was placed on three years probation, fined $500 and ordered to make $4,327 restitution to the Department of Rehabilitation Services.  

A charge of felony theft for allegedly taking the money was dropped as part of the plea.  The case was prosecuted by the Illinois Attorney General's office.
