Sandoval Tavern Fight Sends One To The Hospital

A fight outside a Sandoval tavern resulted in injuries to an Odin man early Saturday morning. Marion County Sheriff's Deputies identified the victim as 34-year-old Tommy Woods. He went to Salem Township Hospital on his own. The incident occurred behind the Crossroads tavern.

The initial call to the sheriff's department reported a man lying behind the bar bleeding from the head. Deputies say those at the bar said they did not know who was responsible for striking Wood.
