Salem Man Found Not Guilty of Public Indecency

A Marion County Jury deliberated 25 minutes on Tuesday before finding a 22-year-old Salem man NOT guilty of public indecency.   Trey Brown of East Boone was accused of exposing himself in a lewd manner to a neighbor.  Prosecutors maintained the incident occurred after the neighbor turned down a proposition from Brown.  Brown and his girlfriend both testified that they were both home asleep at the time the incident occurred in March of last year.
