Police Beat for Wednesday, May 1st, 2013

Five people were arrested on outstanding warrants on Tuesday.  

20-year-old James Townsend of Frazier Street in Wamac remained in custody after turning himself in an outstanding Marion County Traffic warrant.  

39-year-old Amy Jones of East Third in Centarlia was arrested by Centralia Police on outstanding Marion or Clinton County warrants.

29-year-old Leronzo Williams of South 12th in Mt. Vernon and 42-year-old Flloyd Dailey of North Pearl in Sandoval were both released on $500 a piece after being arrested on outstanding traffic warrants.  

22-year-old Bryan Woods of North Village in Mt. Vernon was transferred to the Clinton County Jail after being arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding Clinton County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving on a suspended license.
