Police Beat for Tuesday, August 6th, 2013

A 42-year-old Grafton, Ohio man has been returned to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding warrant charging felony theft. Gregory Harmon is accused of taking a car from LTD Ford in Centralia last December.  Bond on the warrant is set at $10,000.

21-year-old Nicole Huskey of East Mitchell in Salem remained in jail Tuesday morning for alleged domestic battery.  Salem Police say Nicole Huskey of East Mitchell struck her boyfriend Gary Reed at the home on East Mitchell.  Reed did not require medical treatment.

29-year-old Adam Ford of East Noleman in Centralia posted $2,000 cash bond on an outstanding felony warrant and was released.  

31-year-old Eva Potter of East Oglesby of Salem was arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding ordinance violation warrant and driving on a suspended license.

46-year-old Carmen Clark of Mills Cart Road in Salem posted $500 bond and was released on an outstanding felony warrant.  

The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a residential burglary at the Dennis Johannes residence on Green Street Road east of Central City.  Jewelry was reported missing.
