Police Beat for Sunday, December 8th, 2013
12/8/2013 @ 10:18 AMKinmundy Police arrested two occupants of a car following a Saturday night traffic stop. The driver, 45-year-old Machelle Sullivan of West Case Street, was ticketed for driving under the influence of drugs. A passenger, 19-year-old Wally West of the same address, was arrested for possession of between ten and 30 grams of cannabis. Sullivan was released from the Marion County Jail after posting $300 bond. West posted $150 bond and was released.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating criminal damage to a fence on the David Cruzen property on Main Street in Walnut Hill.
