Police Beat for Saturday, December 29th, 2012
A 21-year-old Centralia man is being held in the Marion County Jail for violation of a no contact order. Thomas Holman of Melrose was arrested by Centralia Police on Friday.21-year-old Richard West of Bayles Road in Kinmundy remained in jail Saturday morning after being arrested by sheriff's deputies on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
21-year-old Joshua Lucas of South Pine in Centralia posted $200 bond and was released on an outstanding felony warrant.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary to a garage on the Carolyn Corrie property on West Poplar in Odin. Corrie reported several items stolen.
The sheriff's department is investigating the theft of an ATV owned by Justin Coffee of Oak Glenn Drive in Salem. The ATV was taken from his step-father's residence on the Selmaville Road in rural Salem.
