PKC Licensed Raccoon Hunt to Take Place at Fairgrounds to Benefit Clayton DialA Professional Kennel Club Licensed Benefit Raccoon Hunt will be taking place at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Salem this Saturday, September 21st. The two hour hunt is taking place to benefit Clayton Dial who is suffering from Leukemia and Thyroid Cancer along with a myriad of other Heart problems. The event is being organized by David Dial, who has been instrumental in bringing the various PKC events to Salem in the past few years.
The fund raiser kicks off with a dinner starting at 5pm Saturday at the fair exhibit building. The dinner costs $10 and is open to the public. The dinner will be followed by an auction at 6pm featuring donated coupons and services from a myriad of local area businesses.
Entry fee for the hunt is $55 dollars and will follow all PKC rules and regulations.
Nearly a month of PKC events begin at the fairgrounds on Monday and continue through most of the month of October.
