Odin Man Arrested After Leading Police On Foot Pursuit
A 19-year-old Odin man is in custody on an outstanding warrant after leading the Odin Police Chief and a Marion County Sheriff's Deputy on a foot chase late Friday morning. Sheriff's officials say the two had gone to a home in the 4500 block of Seven Hills Road in rural Odin after receiving information that Cole Eaker of Wortby Street in Odin was at the home.When Eaker saw the two, he allegedly took off running. Eaker was eventually apprehended by Odin Police Chief Joe Nix who was able to chase Eaker down with the help of a four wheeler provided by an area resident. \
Eaker is now being held at the Marion County Jail on the failure to appear warrant issued in a juvenile case.
