North Wamac School Board Meets in January
The North Wamac School Board conducted very little business at their January Board meeting. In the only action taken, the Board approved paying a stipend of $150 to Mrs. Squibb for work done on this year's Christmas program.The Board discussed the upcoming school board election in April. No one turned in a petition for the six seats available on the school board. The Board was informed it will have appoint people at their April Board meeting.
The school has received two bids for the purchase of a door intercom security system. Once a third bid has been submitted, a decision will be made on which system to purchase and install at the school.
