Murdered Menard Inmate Laid To RestChicago, IL -- The inmate killed at Menard prison at Chester has been laid to rest. Jason Hall's family remembered him as a loving man with a great sense of humor and a contagious smile in a funeral service last night. Hall was killed by his cellmate on January 31st. Union workers say violence is up behind prison doors and they expect more murders unless something is done about overcrowding soon.
