Marion County Treasurer Reminds Property Tax Owners of PIN Identification

Marion County Treasurer Patti J. Hahn is reminding Marion County property tax owners when preparing your income tax returns, the state of Illinois requires you to have a PIN number when you claim any real estate taxes paid on your residence.  

Your PIN number is located in the upper right hand corner of your 2011/2012 Marion County Real Estate Tax bill.  If you cannot locate your tax bill, visit marionil.mygisonline.com to retrieve it.  Type in your last name or address.  Your PIN number is displayed 00-00-000-000, as well as your first installment and second installment amounts.
