He's former Fayette County Assistant State's Attorney Matt Chancey. Chancey lost the Fayette County State's Attorney election last fall to current state's attorney Joshua Morrison. Resident Circuit Court Judge Mark Stedelin introduced Chancey to the Marion County Board Tuesday night.
