Trent Parker of East Monroe had the sentence imposed after being removed from Marion County Drug Court. He admitted to breaking into the Charles Ritter and Kimberly Lane homes in Kinmundy as well as a car owned by Nicklas Simmons on May sixth of this year.
Parker had initially gotten in trouble in drug court for having a positive drug test. He then allegedly failed to show up for the program, resulting in a petition to revoke his probation being filed against him. Parker was held in the Marion County Jail after being arrested on the warrant.
