Patoka Man Sentenced On Residential Burglary Charge

A 27-year-old Patoka man has been sentenced on a residential burglary charge. Timothy Senn of West Bond is accused of entering the dwelling of Candice Walker of Nancy Lane in Salem on July third. Senn was placed on five years probation, given credit for 122 days served in the Marion County Jail and ordered to pay court costs. Senn had entered an open plea to the charge in October.

A 21-year-old Centralia man remains in the Marion County Jail after being arrested during a court appearance Friday. Zachary Pierce of South Hickory is being held on a petition to revoke his probation on a DUI charge.
