Marion County Court Report for 5/8A 47 year old Salem woman had her probation revoked in Marion County Court on Thursday after failing to abstain from methamphetamine. Carmen Clark of Mills Cart road was charged originally for a July 2012 incident where she endangered a child through her methamphetamine use. Bond was set at $10,000. She faces between three and seven years in prison if sentenced. The public defender was appointed to represent her.
18 year old Mackenzie Wallace of South Marion in Salem was charged with Battery after allegedly striking a 15-year-old female juvenile at the basketball courts in Bryan Memorial Park Wednesday night. The juvenile was injured severely enough that she had to be taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment. Bond was set at $1,500 was Wallace was ordered to have no contact with the victim. She had the public defender appointed to represent her.
26 year old Jacob Neff of Douglas Street in Central City was charged with Criminal Damage to Property after allegedly throwing a rock through a window at Bob's Engine Hospital on North Elm Street in Centralia. Neff was in court on Wednesday as well on a completely separate charge of DUI. His bond was set at $10,000 and indicated that he would be hiring his own attorney.
