Man Accused in Woman's Drug DeathJONESBORO, Ill. (AP) - A southern Illinois man is accused in a woman's suspected drug death.
WSIL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/XUCWUf) that a Union County grand jury has indicted 54-year-old David Olshon of Anna with drug-induced homicide and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Authorities say the charges are connected to the death last January of 50-year-old Jami Restivo, the Anna woman whose body was found in Olshon's home.
Investigators allege that Olshon gave Restivo unspecified drugs days before her death.
Olshon is jailed in Jackson County on $250,000 bond.
Online court records don't show whether he has an attorney. He does not have a listed home telephone number.
