Major Meat Recall In Illinois
2/10/2014 @ 3:21 PM(Washington, DC) -- There's a major recall on beef products that were sold in several states, including Illinois. Officials say nearly nine-million-pounds of beef carcasses, oxtails, liver, tripe and other products processed by Rancho Feeding Corporation aren't fit for human consumption. The company apparently used diseased and unsound animals when they processed the meat. So far no illnesses have been reported but eating the meat products could result in serious health consequences.
