Kinmundy Man Arrested for DUI Following Kinoka Road CrashA 32-year-old Kinmundy man refused hospital treatment for injuries sustained in a one vehicle crash early Saturday morning.
Marion County Sheriff's Deputies say Jacob Brimberry of East Third ran off the Kinoka Road east of Baylis Road in rural Kinmundy. His pickup truck then hit a culvert, went airborne, ran into the roadside ditch, and overturned.
The back window of the truck broke out during the crash. Brimberry could not remember if he was thrown out or had gotten out of the vehicle on his own.
Brimberry was arrested for driving under the influence.
The crash occurred at 4:30 Saturday morning.
