The City of Kinmundy met in executive session last night in order to approve an agreement with Certop, Inc, in order to provide water testing services at the Kinmundy Water Plant. In other action the City hired Mike Webster as a full time employee and accepted the resignation of water superintendent Jerry Craig, who is moving out of the city.
