By Rob Sussman, WJBD News

The City of Kinmundy met in executive session last night in order to approve an agreement with Certop, Inc, in order to provide water testing services at the Kinmundy Water Plant. Certop will take over testing responsibilities at the plant on March 1st, however the City will retain control over the water plant itself.

In other action the City hired Mike Webster as a full time employee and accepted the resignation of water superintendent Jerry Craig, who is moving out of the city.
