By The Associated Press

CHICAGO (AP) - Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn says former Gov. George Ryan has served his sentence and it's time to move forward.  Quinn spoke Wednesday at an unrelated news conference, the same day Ryan left an Indiana prison.
